Style: Fall Seasonal

Bootlegger's Pumpkin Ale is our limited special release for Fall 2008. This beer is made by baking over 300 pounds (that's over 42 pounds per barrel!) of pure pumpkin until it is a rich golden brown. Cinnamon, nutmeg, molasses, and brown sugar were added to give this beer a rich pumpkin pie flavor and smooth finish. This is a perfect beer to sit back, relax and watch the leaves change color in fall.

Style: Chipotle Coffee Stout

Just as the Mythical Phoenix rose from fire, the trio of rich Arabica Coffee, Chipotle Peppers, and Malted Barley were formed by fire to create this robust ale. We wanted the freshest coffee available, so we had our local Orange County friends, Kean Coffee, custom roast the beans for us. Chocolate malt, Roasted Barley and Oats help to round out the flavor with the Chipotle Peppers adding a subtle warmth and smokiness to the finish.
