This is our Winter Seasonal Release Beer. Perhaps a mint chocolate porter sounds like an odd combination, but we like to think of it as a match made in heaven. The refreshing mint is balanced with subtle hints of dark chocolate notes, making it a complex yet exceptionally drinking winter ale.

Mountain Meadow -- 5.5% ABV, 15.7 IBU

Mountain Meadow is our Spring Seasonal Release Beer. It is a great introduction to spring with its light golden color and notes of honey and herbs. Made with sage, chamomile, tarragon, and honey, the wonderful fusion of these ingredients give this blonde ale a smooth, crisp, and refreshing flavor and a sweet floral aroma.

Wildfire Wheat -- 5.2% ABV, 17.7 IBU

Wildfire Wheat is our Summer Seasonal Release. A true Southern California original, this smoked wheat ale pays homage to our own California tradition of yearly wild fires. This unique medium bodied wheat ale is slightly fruity with a pleasant hint of smoky goodness. Give this refreshing yet flavorful seasonal ale a try and we're sure you'll think it's a fitting beer for our hot summers.

Pumpkin Ale is our Fall Seasonal Release Beer. Brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, molasses, brown sugar and real pumpkin juice to create this special beer. A beer that reminds us of coming home to family and getting the fresh pumpkin pies out of the oven. A perfect beer to sit back and relax with while watching the leaves change color in the fall.

Knuckle Sandwich -- 10% ABV, 87.8 IBU, 11.7 SRM

Knuckle Sandwich DIPA is an American Style Double IPA. This is a beer that truly lives up to its name! Brewed with copious amounts of North American hops, this Double IPA has a colossal hop profile and an aggressive aroma. Helping round out the floral and citrus notes is a huge malt backbone that provides a great mouth feel to this heavyweight hitter.

Rocco Red Ale -- 7.1% ABV, 35.8 IBU

Rocco Red Ale pours amber in color and is well balanced with its toasty malt flavor of coffee and caramel notes that meld together with the bitterness and tropical hop flavor.

Eliminator IPA -- 6.5% ABV, 36.3 IBU

Eliminator IPA is our West Coast style IPA, brewed and dry hopped with copious amounts of Sorachi Ace hops to give it a crisp, citrusy flavor!

Dr. Tongue -- 7.7% ABV, 200 IBU

This ale pours dark brown and has notes of toffee and brown sugar. With its sweet and roasty malt profile, followed by dry bitter hops, this ale is sure to please any hop lover.

Plum Riot -- 7.8% ABV, 10.8 IBU

For too long the plum has played second fiddle to more prestigious fruits. Biding their time in angry passage, the raging plum flavors have been plotting an uprising for centuries. The time and place for such a revolt is now. With the release of the cork, the first wave of plum flavors will attack your nose leaving nothing but the mark of their sweet and tart aromas. As this effervescent beer enters your mouth, the second wave strikes as the plum notes pummel and pillage your taste buds, surrounding them with an assault of flavor that demands respect. Doggery Brown Ale is a fuller bodied American Brown Ale with a low hop aroma/bitterness, with malty flavor that is sweet on the palate. Color is dark brown with a dry finish and nutty character.

Our Amber is a Northern German Altbier style ale. Medium in body, its unique sweet toasty malt character and notes of caramel flavor create a remarkably easy to drink yet complex flavor. The mild sweetness transitions into a clean and slightly dry finish leaving you longing for more. The perfect session beer for any occasion!

Lupulin Thrill -- 7.7% ABV, 65 IBU

Throw your hands up and get your buds ready for Lupulin Thrill! The crisp flavor and balanced hop notes will bend your tongue into a fun filled roller coaster ride! Warrior, Palisade, and Columbus hops add loads of bitterness to round out the citrus and pine flavors. The excitement of Lupulin Thrill will have you craving for another ride!

Far Out -- 7% ABV

Here's the skinny on Far Out IPA. This is one hip beer. The Galaxy hops from Australia give it a funkadelic tropical fruit aroma, and the balance between the malt and hops is wicked. You'll want to bogart this one because every sip keeps you wanting more, and at 7% Alc by Vol, this IPA will have you talking jive in no time. It's going to be difficult not to dig this beer, because it's far out, man!
