Well, things are starting to happen quickly. Not only have we have gotten our first tap account in Fullerton, you can also now purchase one of our Old World Hefeweizen kegs in South Orange County.

Over the last several weeks since returning from the Craft Brewers Conference we have been out meeting many members of the local community. So far, we have received an overwelming positive response from everyone we have talked to about our brewery and beers. Thanks Fullerton!

We have also been hard at work getting the business end of things in line so that we can start sending our product out to local establishments. Who knew that beer took so much paperwork!

Stay tuned, because we expect to have our beer in our first account within a week.

As some of you may have heard, we are at last brewing! Despite construction delays, the hop shortage, and general roadblocks we have finally made a few batches of beer. We currently have a Bavarian style Hefeweizen and a Belgian style Golden ale happily fermenting away in our tanks. Stay tuned for more information on these unique beers and locations where you can sip our hand crafted ales.
